Strategic Plan Update: 2017-2022 (Extended to June 30, 2026)
New Mexico Junior College (火博体育官网) strategic plan provides guidance for organizational decisions and makes sure that decisions and operations discharge the 火博体育官网’s mission and vision, keep the college fiscally and operationally healthy for the present and in the future. The colleges strategic plan addresses the following priorities:
1. Student Success
2. Educational Quality
3. Enrollment Growth
4. Resource Management
5. Workforce and Professional Training
6. Community Education & engagement
The college’s current strategic plan (linked above) was originally scheduled to end June 30, 2022. However, due to the February 2026 Higher Learning Commission reaccreditation site visit, the 火博体育官网 Board of Trustees approved an extension. The current strategic plan will now end on June 30, 2026. A new Strategic Plan will begin July 1, 2026. Work to develop 火博体育官网’s next strategic plan will begin in the fall.
